Prerequisite Business Principles or Financial Literacy

The Business Management course provides students with an understanding of the business management functions, various management theories, and the basic organization of a business.  This course emphasizes the skills needed for managing a business that involves the selection and supervision of employees including efficient use of time, personnel, facilities, and financial resources.

Students develop management skills in the areas of distribution, planning, controlling, organization, and human resources.
