Step 1: Law and Order

Law and Order is a comprehensive look at all of the fundamental steps of a trial, from pre-trial evidence exchange to sentencing. Major topics covered include motions, admissibility of evidence, hearings, evidence presentation, Juries, Burden of Proof, witness qualification, witness questioning, exhibits, and more. Real cases are used in instruction and students will put their trial knowledge to practice in mock trial exhibitions.
